I love pierogies!!! Chili isnt that bad as long as you can portion control and have the will power to say no to all the rest of the stuff ie cheese, chips, tortillas. Fresh veggies, fruits, hummus, pita chips or those Special K cracker chips. Oh yeah and ... GO BRONCOS!!!

Yep! I just read an article about it the other day. It was talking about Kirstie Alley being a size 4, but in reality she's a 8-10. He (Tim Gunn) says that most clothes are 2 1/2 inches bigger, but the same sizing. I know, makes me sad!

No! Dont go faster! This is all about what is a good speed for you. Your speeds go with what I was doing, so I think they are just fine. Take you time. Dont overdo it. Gosh where do I start...I agree with the above, veggies with hummus. Hummus is an aquired taste but I love the garlic one. Fruits can be high in calories but are good for you. Just eat in moderation. I just started Week 3 yesterday. Ill send you a friend request! The main thing is to take it slow. If you over do it, youll get discouraged. I was sweating like a pig after my first run and it only gets sweatier (is that even a word?!?! haha) Either way, take it slow and youll be able to do just fine!!! Jessica

I just started the C25K too and I hate running! Im on week 3 and seem to be doing good. Id try that. Key thing...start slow!!! Do not over do it or you will get discouraged. Whatever rate/speed you start at is fine. Everyone is different. You will get to where you need in due time. Dont rush it!! Good Luck!

Well considering it has alot of the information that we get off of here, it can be helpful but the problem is it bases (% wise) everything off of a 2000 calorie diet...Im on a 1200 calorie diet, so how helpful is the information honestly?!!?

Everyone is going to be different but for Week 1 I was 3.2 for brisk walk, 4.0 for jog and 3.0 for walk. Key thing everyone has been saying and I would have to agree is to take it slow. Dont push yourself too much or youll overdo it be discouraged. If you have to go slower, do it. You pick the pace. Good luck!

I work night shift different times thoughout the year. I take melatonin and I like it. Its always worked. I dont take it unless I have at least 8 hours to sleep. Because its not regulated by the FDA, its not guaranteed that what you buy is what you get. It works for some and not for others.

I think you can do whatever you put your mind to. On average its 2 lbs a week, which isnt unrealistic by any means. I had less than that to lose (17), and Ive lost 12 in less than 2 months. Keep your mind to it and you will acheive that, no problem! Good luck!

Ill be doing mine later this week as soon as I get it...My friend KimPhillips36 on here is who I got it from and she has done it. She gave good reviews and great results hence why Im going to try it. Im looking forward to it. I will let you know how it goes when Im done. :)

Yes...I can gain 3-5lbs during the week or so before. I just drink lots of water and try not to eat salty foods during that time. It helps me :) Jessica
