Welcome! Feel free to add me as a friend. I’m restarting after some time away. Trying to get back in the swing.

I feel the same. I just have no motivation to work out or eat better. Today I did grocery shop and did some meal prep. Which I haven’t don’t in so long. That felt good. I’m trying to just reset and say it’s a day at a time. Tomorrow is a new day. Hang in there.

I believe they are meant to be a meal replacement so prob ok for breakfast. But I also don’t think they fill you up and keep you full long enough. I find I’m hungry by 10am. But if it works for you go for it.

Feel free to add me!

I need all the motivation I can get. I tend to Go strong for months and then just fall off the wagon. I'm lying in the street now.

Hi. 42 but don't feel like it! Have been struggling to get back on track and happy to add some friends to help do that. Anyone can feel free to add me too.
-
Feel free to add me. It's great to be able to share the struggle.
-
Add me. I'm getting back into a routine after slipping backwards. Need all the help I can get.
-
I'm in the same boat. Have slipped backwards and was horrified at the scale this morning and how tight everything is on me. I'll add you. We can help each other.
-
Anyone can feel free to add me too. I would love some new friends to help me stay on track!

I am way too tired after work. I get up in the morning and go. I am at the gym at 5am 4 days a week and 7am Saturday and Sunday. I feel great once I am done and then don't need to worry about it for the rest of the day. Its the only time I really have to myself, since I go while the husband and kids are still sleeping. It…

Take it one day at a time. Try planning ahead, its really hard, but once you get in the habit, it gets easier. Feel free to add me!

Welcome! I'll friend you.

I'm 39 and 5' 1". I'll add you.

added you. You can do it!

Hi. It's OK to have these days, everyone does. I don't know what I would do all alone 12,000 miles from home and everyone I know. My only advice would be to stop waiting around for people who aren't supporting you. You are strong, beautiful, smart and there are people out there who would be happy to spend time with you,…

You should see a podiatrist. I have tarsal tunnel syndrome in both feet, where I get pain and numbness when I walk, do elliptical, etc. But there could be a lot of things going on, and before you make it worse, see someone. Take your shoes with you. For me, my first few months of running, everything hurt, feet, knees,…

I've got 2 kids, 4 and 7 and I've been working on losing that tummy for the past year. I've had some success, but not enough. Feel free to add me.

You can do it. Its daunting at first, but after a few weeks you will be shocked at how much further and faster you can go. Its a marathon, not a sprint. This is a great place to get support from people going through the same thing. Feel free to friend me. And don't ever give up!

Feel free to add me. I have been trying hard to track every day, and would love to have another person keeping me accountable.

Mine is close to that, it was $99 to join and its about $70 per month, you get the use of the entire gym which includes all the classes, the lap pool, weights, etc. It also includes child care and they do some free health seminars once in a while.

I bought one last year and got the first 6 months free (so 12 months is great). I loved it. I was instantly addicted to it. It helped me understand how many calories I was burning on a regular day with no workouts and how much my workouts were burning. The one thing I don't like is their food log site. This site is way…

Hi. I think you have to do a combination of things. You need to change the way you eat, but also how you think about food. It's really hard, and a slow process, especially if you love to eat like I do. Don't think of it as a diet, but as a new way to eat that will be with you forever. Regarding the gym, cardio is going to…

The readouts on the machines are always off, I find they are often too high rather than low. The best way to tell is with a BodyBugg or something like that. I bought one in June and was shocked at how different my actual calories burnt were compared to what the cardio machine was telling me.

So I started back in March and lost about 18 lbs in 3 months, ran my first 5k, and felt great. Since then I gained back only 1-2 lbs, and have been maintaining, but not losing. I still have another 20 to lose. So I am also trying to get back into tracking my food, and saying no to all the temptations (cake, cookies, candy,…

Any of the Jillian Michaels DVDs are hard core. I have 30 day shred, which is one of her older ones, but it will kick your butt.
