I knew about gelatin in sweets (like gummy bears) but didn't realise it was in pop tarts. I knew about red food colouring though. Doesn't put me off though lol, sorry.

I've only just started working out again, but last year I was just fitting them in when I could around uni. I've now recently joined British Military Fitness which is at 7pm in the week but on a Saturday at 10am.

I do both. It depends on what mood I'm in but at work I drink plain water and diet soda. At home I tend to add squash to it. I've started counting it all on my MFP tracker but if I have squash in the water I could it as less than if it was plain water. I count the calories for the squash as well though.

I log it as exercise because my activity level is set to sedentary and I am pretty much sat on my bum all day. Also, I was sweating today while cleaning. I'm not logging it as an excuse to not go to the gym, I just log it as it's out of my usual daily activity level.

I'm from England and I use term veggies :indifferent: or veg. Depends how I feel. I rarely call them vegetables. I am lazy though :laugh:

I love this show! Sometimes the thought of the amount he's eating just makes you go 'ewww' but I just find it entertaining, as it obviously aims to be. I measure/weigh most things. I have done a lot of estimating lately though as I've been buying lunches at work and stuff. I'm estimating my lunch tomorrow but I always try to overestimate anyway.

I like spinning because of the social aspect and I like the fact that there is an instructor there to shout at you to keep going. You don't get that if you're cycling outside alone! So many foods that I thought I couldn't give up but have managed to stop eating. Cheese is a definite one on the list though. Baked beans. Not exactly food but diet coke. Cereal.
