For breakfast i have porridge, banana and either blueberries or strawberries with no fat natural yoghurt. I didnt like it at first so would put a spoon of honey on but to be honest it grew on me and i just have it without the honey.

Hi, I am also in the UK in the midlands. I have found the best thing for me is to keep logging no matter what youve eaten & dont feel gilty for anything. You can count anything into what you use your calories on more or less & if you have an off day dont beat yourself up. This sight is fantastic, good look :)

Hi, Iv just bought zumba so wondered that same. Iv been logging the classes as dance aerobics but only get about 380cals for that so i hav my eye out for a HRM. Only got round to doing a slow workout on it today so planning on having an hour or so workout tomorrow. :)

Thats exactly what i do. either that or make my evening meal something everyone will be eating like pizza or not rice or potatoes. But its normally things like icecream lol Iv lost every week so its not a bad thing, i just make sure i dont go over my cals

Hi, I have a similar problem, when you rub my achilles its got a bump on it which my doctor just said take paracetamol for & if it gets worse come back. When i work out on the treadmil it always hurts but i thought it was more my trainers as the doctor did say it can be caused by high fitted shoes the rub it. It dies down…

Hi, I take each day as it comes. If i go over one day i go over, i dont think about it the next day, as at the end of the day for me its my new life style & i dont expect to beat myself up for going over on one day. It all evens itself up at the end of the day anyway. Everyones different though :)

most of the foods listed are usually shown twice so if you find only measuremnt in cups try another as it should then be listed in 100g. I usually use the 0.5 if im doing 50g which im sure is obvious :). Iv only found a few items iv had to add myself but i think that has been the problem with duplications of foods. :)

I use Wii Fit, enjoy the boxing & step you can do on there but you can also choose to do yoga or other excercises of just the games & it weighs you too. Want to try the zumba one it looks good:)

Hi, I try to but as long as i get my net over 1200 i dont really worry about it. I have eaten most on some days. I did read that if you do eat them if will take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust or something & i know that by the 3rd week i started to loose. :)
