I love spinning, BUT I remember my first few classes my butt hurt soooo bad because I was not use to the bike seat. After a while you will get use to it and you will find that you are able to keep up with the other folks in class too. I also toned and lose a good amount of weight fast! :smile:

Wow, great job!!! Way to work hard! I have done Insanity and P90X and now I just go with whatever that suits me for that day, may it be a workout DVD or the Treadmill or Bike as long as I am moving everyday btwn 30 and 60 minutes a day. I'm 5'2 and I'm 143 and I wear a size 4 (I was a size 6 after having my babies, a size 2 before my babies), with the 7 lb lost my 4's are getting loose. I want to maintain a size 4, I'm trying to lose weight in my midsection and hopefully drop a bra size or two!
