    Goals for 5th January
    1. Eat a salad!
    2. To stay under my allowance (yes, again - this may seem redundant to state as surely we aim to be within our allowance everyday, but it's my first week back so it is a goal that is in the forefront of my mind!)
    3. Tidy our study

    1 and 2 were done! Number 3.... not so much!

    2. Stay within my allowance (again)
    3. I'm going to my first health food / organic supermarket in the Netherlands tomorrow. So I'm going to make a list of things I want to buy!

    Friday's goals

    To not stress. I am meeting with my sister to go to the court house to probate my mom's will. done
    To follow the new food program that the personal trainer put together for me. done
    To exercise a little bit tomorrow. done
    To end the day with a long soak in the tub to remove any of the stress from the day. in about an hour

    I had a totally awesome day. Great workout with the personal trainer, my new diet program was great, my blood sugars stayed in the normal range, I missed lunch because the court house took forever, but I didnt stress. I even drank at least 8 waters (as green tea).

    My goals for Saturday

    Tomorrow will be a reward happy day for me.

    Since I posted all week honestly I am

    buying myself a bunch of pretty flowers for my desk
    getting a massage
    spend an hour reading a good mystery.

    I will also

    journal everything I eat for the day
    drink my water (green tea)
    exercise.... maybe pull out one of my Ricard Simmons dancine videos.

    not doing as good today, got the 10 min stretch in via the physical therapy. Decided to take down my Christmas tree instead of cleaning my refrigerater. So unless I do it when I get home from work which is doubtfull it is not gonna get done today. I also didn't get ant shredding done. Now for tomorrows goals.
    1. Grocery shopping
    2. Vacuum the living room
    3. Washing my bed sheets.

    1. Water (10-12 glasses)- Done!
    2. Watch that calorie intake!- not bad since ate two meals out!
    3. Dance for 30 inutes (fast not slow! ;0 ) Not sure I would cal it dancing (no music) but wiggled, marched, twisted and did modified sit ups while standing at computer for 30 minutes!

    Happy Saturday! Lots to get done today! Hope you all have a great day and make wise choices! Remember some days even just accomplishing one goal is a great day!!!! Don't be too hard on yourself!

    January 7th
    1. Water 10-12 glasses
    2. Get new computers set up at work
    3. Organize toro belts at work
    4. Get tax stuff together for tax man
    5. hook up wii and play for 60 minutes
    6. Go to store for juicing stuffs and veggies!

    Seems like a lot, but husband and head mechanic gone for day so really need to get a few things accomplished! Will be heading to work early!

    Saturday Jan 7th goals: Tougher today as I am headed out of town but we'll make it work.
    1. 100 oz. H2O
    2. 1200 calories with 100 grams protein
    3. NO BAR BURGER & FRIES FOR LUNCH!! (they're my fave & we're going to a bowling alley with AWESOME burgers)

    Yesterday's goals

    My first three goals I accomplished with no problems. My hubby made me get my application done when I got home last night. I researched getting a gym membership and found that we have to pay for the first 2 months before they will even start paying. trying to decide if this is even worth it since summer I walk 2-3 hours a day and bike to work. Don't know if it is worth it. Still trying to decide.

    Today's goals
    1) Log everything.
    2) Stay within my calories.
    3) Drink 8 glasses of water.
    4) Try not to snack on all the bad food at work today. Saturdays our bosses bring us in treats.
    5) Find something healthy to eat out our favorite restaurant.

    Goals for January 6:
    1. Day 6 of walking workout calendar. (2 miles)--No. (Will do it Sunday --rest day.)
    2. Stay in my calorie goal with HEALTHY choices!--Yes.
    3. More liquids--water and tea.--Yes.

    The trip to the job site took longer than expected so I have switched Sunday's rest day for yesterday's 2 mile walk.

    Goals for January 7:
    1. Walking workout--calendar. (2 miles with the Walk Belt)
    2. Stay in my calorie goal with HEALTHY choices!
    3. More liquids--water and tea.

    hmm, failed at eating well today so far, so my goals are:
    burn as much to make what I've eaten ok :blushing:
    DO some essay (was wednesday's goal and still haven't even finished research)
    not eat any more chocolate, or cake, or ... sweet stuff generally

    Goal 1: Do an Insanity workout
    Goal 2: read a chapter in the book of John in the Bible
    Goal 3: read an extra book at bedtime for the girls


    I didn't do well on my goal yesterday, Goal 1: I ended up doing a 50 min. Shakeology workout instead, I have to really gear myself up for an Insanity workout bc they are so intense! Goal 2: Totally forgot to read the Bible last night, stayed up late with my husband watching a movie and went right to bed afterwards. I would like to read my Bible every evening. Goal 3: I did complete this goal which I am happy about, I love spending time with my girls and it's important to me that I made extra time to be with them.

    Jan. 7th 2012
    Goal 1: Going out to dinner with a girl-friend and want to make sure I don't go over my 1,200 cal (I dont like to eat my exercise cals).
    Goal 2: Make sure I meet my water intake, I struggle to get all my water in during the weekends.
    Goal 3: Leave the housework for Sunday! :)

    2. Easy on the wine at dinner - did it, only had one glass!
    3. Go for a walk at lunch rather than sit at the computer - did it, 20 minutes at lunch!

    Today's goals (January 7th, 2012)....
    1. Plan out meal for date night
    2. Water
    3. Finish knitting project

    I did pretty good yesterday, but today and Sunday are the last days of my holidays and I'm going to sit and enjoy myself. So it's going to be kind of mellow for the two next days.

    Not sure how to join this group/challenge but I think it is an awesome idea. I journal but my goals are mostly what I need to get done for other people, I like having a couple of goals daily just for me.

    Day 1

    1.Be nicer to myself, I am over weight but it is simply a process of reversal. I am still myself.
    2. Dump all the hidden candy...the chocolate santa's and the halloween candy have to go!
    3.Drink more water
    4.Eat slower.
