I know what you mean, I'm cheap too! I'm going to order at least one jug of something...don't know if I want the muscle mass (to share with my 17 yo son) or the protein drink. I want to try the fat burner pills too. I'll keep you guys posted.

Most folks who have done it use 'Circuit training - general'. Of course, if you have your own heart rate monitor (HRM) you can create your own exercise in your journal and input the calories burned from your monitor.

I suggest that you start saying out loud, " that's enough", or "i'll pass on that" or "i won't eat any of that now, maybe later". The voice in your head is saying this, but you've gotten good at ignoring it. Let the sound of your voice be the back up for your willpower when just thinking it isn't enough.

You can add me! I've lost nearly 30 pounds in the last five months and look ALOT better...but I'm not tone and fit. I lost a lot of motivation once I didn't LOOK big to myself. Unfortunately, I'm still at 33% body fat so I have a lot more work to do!

Man, I did it wrong then. The lady in the video was doing a straight up and down motion with a weight, half squatting and swinging the dumbell through her legs. I did 3 sets of 12 in that fashion.
