I am seeing the same thing today on my fitbit - most likely a technical issue on the MFP side. Apparently removing and re-connecting the accounts can help in some cases. Hopefully MFP puts out an update to fix it.

There is this one odd rule that you must follow and tummy fat will go down. I don't remember it off hand, but if you look around the site I think you will see ads for it if you are lucky.

Candy, especially chocolate anything.

Eat celery until the "negative" calories burned from eating it put you back under the daily goal. <edit for spelling>

This is the best topic I have read in a while :) I should probably log 2 minutes of focused neck holds (reading) so I don't miss out on logging the burn. Great start to the day laughing :)

Anything sweet/chocolate. I can resist salty easily, but I have a really powerful sweet tooth :)

Great ideas all, I need to narrow down the choices and make a grocery list :)

Not sure where you are staying, but if possible take the Metro (subway) into the city as parking/traffic is pretty bad.

MCSE 2003 Looking at getting Lion certification for Mac though in the near future.

I also prefer to run without music. Even with the noise of the city I still enjoy the run with no music.

Sorry to hear. The past few years things have slowed down around Christmas at my work. For some reason this year it seems like everyone is ramping up as well. Get this project done, help this VIP, send in year end self evaluations, blah blah blah :)

Pork roast and black beans and it smells DELICIOUS! :)

6'0" here so shooting for 185 as my target. Will see what size clothes that puts me in and then re-evaluate. I may try and go down a little more than that or maybe put on a little muscle.. :)

I have a digital scale I picked up online that I really love. http://www.amazon.com/Ozeri-Digital-Kitchen-Capacity-Stylish/dp/B003E7AZQA/ref=sr_1_2?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1323706168&sr=1-2 Was $20 and works great. I don't use it for every item, every meal. But when I get a treat or something that is calorie dense like…

We have a Sole E35 and I would recommend it.

Tangled last night via Netflix. 4/5

I have the Biggest Loser game and it is OK. The controls are annoying since you can only use your hands for the menus, but the exercises scale really well with whatever fitness level you can handle and provide a nice workout.

I have been rather fortunate that the workplace food challenges are fairly low key and infrequent. They moved my desk from the 9th floor (close to break room, vending machines and the daily bagel/donut table) down to 7 and it is a lot quieter here. I really have to go out of my way to make poor choices. My closest coworker…

My wife used this site last Spring for a "Biggest Loser" type of contest at her work. She encouraged me to check it out and I have been using it as my primary fitness tool since late May. I find it really fits my personality. I like to keep track of things and thinking about food as calories has really helped me make…

Nice job! It is an awesome feeling to cross that finish line :)

Last time we moved, our dog freaked out on us and we had to keep a close eye on him. Dogs are really good at reading people and they are usually uneasy about changes like a move. Not sure I have any advice, only that something similar happened to us.

Awesome! Way to go! It really is a great feeling to finish well :)

Couch to 5k program, however since you only have a couple weeks and you are likely already fit to some degree.... Jump to week 5 or 6 and see if you can keep up. Adjust up or down in the weeks depending on how you do. Make sure to take the day off in between runs at the beginning especially. Stay at a healthy and…

Nice Job!

I ate off the Skinnylicious menu a couple weeks ago and it was really nicely done. The flavor was still there, but the portion sizes were much smaller. I did split a piece of key lime cheesecake with my wife, but overall the meal was really not too bad for eating out.
