  • Oh yes, I did squats and pushups, but never count. I am ok with being in the bottom, I need the motivation of the group. I did strength training on Mon, TH, and Sat. Other days are all cardio.
  • Same as last week. 127.5, Inches also the same. Exercised everday and met water goal everyday which was a first.
  • Hi all, I met 2 0ut of the 3 challenges. I drank my water and exercised. I did not eat all my calories but I did better. QUESTION: DO YOU subtract your BMR from your exervise. So if you burn 600 calories an hour do you subtract BMR/24 = hour BMR? I am just curious Thanks

  • I agree with the Luna bar suggestion also fruits. I do bring my own kashi cereal in pre-portioned bags and same with nuts. Many hotels have hard boiled eggs now in the restaurants and I just eat the whites for breakfast. Also, single serving packs of protein powder are good.   • Thank Valerie. Good question on marcos. I do not have the answer, but do think my protein should be higher. How many of you are set to .5 or 1 lb week loss since we all have less then 10 lbs to go. I cannot seem to eat all my exercise calories. 1 feel full, 2 feel like I am eating too much mentally.   • Hi. I also work full time and have 2.5 year old twins. If my husband is not traveling I go to the gym or run around 5:30 am. If he is gone I resort to th videos before te kids wake up. If they get up the drink milk and watch me finish. Stinks but it works.
