remove all personal pictures. You want people to imagine it as your house. If you have a toyroom try to make it a real room. Clear any clutter you can. I put coffee pots, microwaves, blenders etc in storage. I have sold 3 houses, hope it sells fast.

I am not a single mom, but my husband travels A LOT so on my own a lot. I use workout DVD's in the AM. I get up at 5 AM, half a cup of coffee and then Insanity here I come. Good luck

My husband is gone at least 50% of the time for dinner. Tops meals 1. Monday and Tuesday nights usually have salads with a protein that he grills on sunday night. Hi, I am up half a pound. This has to stop. I did cardio 7 days and strength training 3 days. I am going to try to cut my workouts this week and next week.
