    I'm noticing a few responses on here that seem way off. Go get your body fat % tested, don't go off a what a website says.

    SW: 131
    SBF: 38% (Bod Pod)
    CW: 124
    CBF: 28% (I did the machine with the medal bars you hold on to...I did not feel like this was as accurate)
    And I do eat some of my exercise calories back.

    5. Yes, I have a fit bit and eat almost all of my exercise calories back daily, I do have MFP and Fitbit set at 1 lb a week weight loss still though.

    Calories/day: 1900-2300 (On Maintenance for a month so 1900 base with 2300 on workout days.)

    I eat at non-exercise TDEE and let exercise create up to a 500 cal deficit, 700 if next day is rest day, and I'll eat back extra above that.

    That was not the total start, but first decent BF% estimate.
    Midway in those stats was a Bodpod for much more accurate BF%, so before may have been off decent amount, and perhaps 4 months later is off too.
    It appears I lost 9.7 lbs LBM and 10.5 lbs fat.

    And I know precisely the 6 weeks and my routine where I did the majority of that muscle burn-off damage accidentally.
