I try to make my meals the night before. Then I have no excuse but to eat the healthy items available to me. I've also stopped buying all the empty carbs- chips, etc. If it's there... I WILL eat it.

I would probably do something different. I try not to take a day off but if my legs are cramping, which they do after Zumba, I try to work more on the strength exercises the next AM with a small amount of cardio. Then two days following it's back to hard cardio again.

I always warm up on the treadmill 10-15 minutes, then I run through the strength circuit (legs and abs one day, then arms and chest the next). I try to throw in a good mix of the group classes, too. At least 1-2 yoga/yogalates and 2-3 Zumba, Body Pump or Body Jam. Something different each day.
