I never smoked, but the effects of the sweeteners all depends on how many pieces you're chewing... Like for example I'll chew the same piece of gum for hours...

Sounds like low blood sugar... This has happens to me before usually its a combination of heat, not enough water, & low blood sugar... like it happened to me at Warped Tour 2008... It sucks I hope you feel batter!

I will burn anywhere from 1500-1700 calories riding a stationary bike for an hour set to the highest level... the higher the resistance the more calories burned...

I agree, if I'm outside for an hour digging out my car that's a better workout then I get in the gym!

I usually vary between 200-400 calories for breakfast depending on if I drink a protein shake for breakfast or if I have oatmeal... and if I drink anything with that has calories...

Congrats! I have a size 12 pair of pants in my closet that were given to me as scrap fabric but I'm saving them as a goal! My Boyfriend who's a 30 inch waist looked at them and thinks they're tiny lmao...

I drink Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move Herbal Stimulant Laxative Tea every now and then. It's not like chemical laxative that can cause some issues. You take it at night before going to bed and it usually doesn't make you have to go until the morning...
