Yes you can, if you drink too much water and your body cannot digest it fast enough it will back up in your system and it is considered drowning yourself! Crazy right???

So I cut my calories and I am down another pound. I know it is not the best way to lose weight, but it works and it is faster than just working out. I am still eating healthy, just not as much. lol Anyway thanks for all the help!

30 day shred is pretty good, but insanity if kinda hard. Doing both will really get you into shape fast. I would say do 30 shred first and then insanity so you are stronger when you start it.

My intake is 1200 that is if I want to maintain my weight. When I work out it adds on extra calories because you burned some and that is what you would need to eat again to maintain your weight. If you want to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. So I do not eat those “extra” calories they add in…

I eat peanut butter everyday for lunch. I eat Bees Knees peanut butter and a Mama Lupe low carb tortilla every day. As long as you workout and burn more calories than you take in you can eat whatever you want!!!!

Mine is 10-12 min depending on my energy level and the weather. If it is rainy/cold I am slower, if it is nice out I seem to have more energy and run faster.

Well if you are eating healthy it might be more on the pocket book when you go to the store, but if you eat unhealthy it is more in doctor visits, gym memberships, clothing, and so on. So really it is better to eat healthy even if it is expensive when you are at the store.

I try to stick to my normal eating, but when I just can't take it anymore I try to eat something sweet, but still small.

Try to keep things on hand that are small and healthy. I like to keep carrots, almonds, protein bars, and things like that, that I can grab every couple hours to fill myself.
