Me too. I loved those chips! Now I've switched to Gardin of Eatin' sweet potato chips. They don't taste the same but they are organic and non gmo.

I've lost 105lbs and I have some loose skin, but it's not that bad. And I know it's because I lost it the right way by healthy eating and exercise, as opposed to surgery. You can tell when someone has had surgery because the loose skin is much worse.

5'2.5, current weight is 177 pounds and goal weight is 150 pounds. I started out at 264 pounds in August 2009 after the birth of my 2nd daughter. I would look to skinny if I go any lower. I am a curvy girl with hips and butt and thighs and my hubby likes me that way. Good luck all.

At WW they told us to have a HUGE salad filled with all types of veggies. Lots of food for very little calories. Do you mind opening up your food diary?

Eat at your maintenance calories level and exercise every day. That should give you some wiggle room on the scale.Good luck.

Thanks for all the help, guys! Yes, i also thought whey protein was better than soy protein. Excessive soy consumeption is a risk factor for breast cancer.
