Great job everyone! Sometimes the hardest part is overcoming the inertia to get started! Today was P90X3 Agility X. Flew by! See you all tomorrow xo
-
Keep going - level 3 is the worst, level 4 it gets easier (a little!) xo
-
Not annoying at all, you are motivating me to keep going! :flowerforyou:

Everyone is doing great - thanks Cybaby1 for your motivating posts each day reminding me to get moving and check in! Today was P90X3 Total Synergistics. I felt sluggish as I ate tons of crap yesterday, but got it done  Keep going everyone! xo

I'm struggling too, and my goal is to just commit and keep going this week. I did P90X3 Dynamix today, so only stretching, and have gone at least 1500 over my calorie limit for the day - back on it tomorrow xo

I'm the same, weekends are always hard! I got up early this morning to get my workout done as I'm out this afternoon. 80 minutes on the elliptical and then P90X3 The Warrior workout (wanted to bank a good amount of calories as I am eating out tonight). Happy Saturday everyone! xo

3.2lbs down this week - very happy with that!! xo

I believe there is a PIYO group set up already (have a search of the groups on here), Great attitude and best wishes to you :flowerforyou:

Thanks! I am going to try these! :flowerforyou:

Well done for pushing on through :flowerforyou:

Can't believe it is day 5 already! P90X3 CVX for me today, it was really hard work! But I got it done. Loving reading about everyone else's progress - keep at it everyone!! xo

Congrats on your amazing results! xo

I'm the same as the others, I try not to keep my trigger foods in the house. However, I don't live alone so that's not always possible! This book helps me a lot - it has a lot of easy techniques for dealing with emotions. It's not specifically aimed at binge eating but I have found it very helpful :flowerforyou: Mind and…

Great work. I prefer evening workouts, I've tried setting my alarm to get up to workout and I just find too many excuses to hit the snooze button

P90X3 The Challenge for me today. Everyone is doing awesome! xoxo

Yes, this. Take the emotions out of it as much as you possibly can, and move on. Don't throw up, and don't say to yourself 'I'll eat less tomorrow'. Just get back on plan from this moment, this next breath. How you react now to this one slip will determine how quickly you get back on track. You can do this.:flowerforyou:

Oh man! After I did that literature search for you and you were just posting for lolz!

Yoga day for me today - felt good! Hope you are all having an awesome day! xo

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder - definitely not rare. The OP has gone now anyway but there seems to be some confusion around the terms metabolism (as in people saying: 'I have a slow metabolism'), metabolic disorders (a huge number of conditions are clustered under this heading), and 'metabolic syndrome' (a combo of…

Congrats on your weight loss! You look gorgeous  I'm doing P90X3 at the moment, only in week 2 though lol

I like grapes, strawberries and basically any fruit! But am looking for snack ideas so will be stealing everyone else's lol

I agree with the others that it is the long term picture that is important. If the gain was just one week, and you felt stuffed, it might just be the volume of food still being processed by the body which caused the gain. Calculating calorie burn is a tricky science, and many of these companies which make HRMs are cagey…

I have both of them. I would say T25 has more bodyweight exercises unless you have bought the gamma series too, which has a ton of weights and upper body stuff. Alpha and Beta phases of T25 are more cardio but you will use upper body for things like burpees. 30 Day Shred has quite a bit of upper body stuff as far as I…

You should still be proud of your achievement, the starting number is just a number. Keep doing what you are doing, and now you have reset the scale, hopefully she will fade out of the picture for good. :flowerforyou:

Great job everyone xoxo I did P90X3 Agility X. I have a beetroot head now (does anyone else get that after exercising? lol) See you tomorrow!

I'm 5'7, 38 and my current weight is 155, my dream goal weight is 130lbs. However, I will be delighted to settle anywhere in the 130s. I'm doing P90X3 at the moment and really enjoying it.

I love Core Synergistics now, but hated it the first time, I couldn't do any of the moves lol! xoxo
