  • I totally feel you! I;ve been doing this hard core since Jan and I've only lost 4lbs! I think I'm going to throw out the scale as all its doing is frustarting me!
  • I'm 5'11" and 7 years ago I was 145.... I was super skinny and loved it. I have since gained a ton of weight and my goal weight is 160. I think 160 is a very healthy weight for my height and body type.

  • It's a great workout! My boss is doing Zumba 5 times a week and she has lost a ton of weight and looks great! Another friend of mine does it about 3-4 times a week and already lost 20 lbs... of course they are also eating a 1200 calorie diet along with the Zumba.
  • I think tattoos are beauftiful and a work of art. I have no problem with them, I have 2 myself and want to get more..... however it is a personal choice as they are not for everyone!

  • I'm in the same boat as you! I have been counting calories and working out for a month now and I'm only down 3 lbs when others who started same time as me have already lost 8-13 lbs! It's very discouraging but I keep telling myself to stick with it and eventually my body has to let go of the weight!
  • The only thing I drink is pure water and green tea. I only log water as my doctor told me to drink at least 64 oz of PURE WATER a day... so I dont count my tea (even though they are decaf and sugar free... no chemical sweeters for this girl! That ruins the point of drinking the super healthy green tea!)
