When i started C25k the first time i really struggled to run for 60sec but i did, the key is to run at a pace you can sustain. I want to be able to do a full length of monkey bars - so far i can do three complete exchanges but that beats the just dangle and swing i was doing a month ago. Also chin ups.....just because.

If your that concerned about the extra fluid then just refuse it, anything charted from now will be at maintenance level anyway while your fasting and shouldn't cause any further increase in oedema.

My legs are really short, my pants drag on the ground and they get holes in them. I have to buy new pants ALL the time. Life's not fair for, myself and all other short legged people out there.

This is one of the big reasons many places don't give blood results over the phone anymore, background history and knowledge of the initial presentation or concern plays a big factor in interpreting the actual results.

My experience has been once you are on a military base you are then governed by military law enlisted, civilian or otherwise. Frankly i'm envious If i could impose most of those standards on the general public it would save a lot wishful eye gouging.

I have hideous balance, even lunges have me tipping over. With practice i'm getting better but im pretty sure i look ridiculous most of the time.

Have you considered compartment syndrome, can seem very similar to shin splints and sounds like what you maybe experiencing. A specialist can do pressure testing to see if that maybe the cause.

No idea why sprinting isn't on the list but you can add it to the data base. Not everyone does exercise based on how fast it's going to make the weight drop off, i enjoy long distance running regardless of whether sprinting maybe better for me or not.

As i mentioned i don't log my food everyday but i eat the same things basically everyday, after 6 months i have a pretty good handle on what it is i'm eating. If i was binging on stuff and over eating every single day i wouldn't feel the need to ask why the scales not going down. But thanks for the constructive feedback.

I love all my tattoos, they all reflect sometime in my life even the one i got at 18 just because i could. I plan to get started on a half sleeve soon, i figure they will be good conversation pieces with the nurses scrubbing me down in the nursing home.

I have a Reade, its irish meaning red headed which at the time seemed fitting as his dads side of the family are all ginger irish. Out comes Reade with white blonde hair and blue eyes, maybe more viking throw back. But he certainly has the red headed firecracker temper.

Im pretty sure you still need to kill the fungus causing the overgrowth first by using an antifungal treatment, but if you don't have any actual fungal infection symptoms aside from the mouth test maybe the diet will work?

At some point you must of been able to eat more than 1200 cals otherwise you wouldn't need to be on this site. Think about what type of higher calorie foods you can eat and do that.

Im an RN in ED, have worked in various areas over the years. Once you have finished studying its much easier to priortise time to exercise, you still don't eat the best once your working quick breaks, eating on the run or just not eating at all but being mindful of what you are eating when you get a chance helps. LOL my auto correct kept changing it to murder on FB. Doing it with my hubby was great, he hauled my butt over when i was struggling and he mostly carried me in the carry your buddy thing, i only had to do him for 10metres which was lucky cause he much bigger than me.
