  • I've never heard of it causing weight gain. I take it myself & weigh under 100
  • Hmmm, I'm 5'2 and have been fluctuating between 95-98. My measurements are 34C-22-31
  • I'm 5'2" I don't have a goal weight as I'm happy with my range, but I feel most confident when I'm at the low end of my weight range which is 93-94 pounds.
  • My goal is 1400 calories before working out. And yes, I am bringing a food scale to dinner.
  • Really? Flattered that I look thin, I think (lol), but trust me I'm fit. I run marathons and weight train. I can do 64 "guy" push ups, I can do full pull ups, I'm strong for a little girl and pretty toned, which proves a good point. Maybe photos don't tell the whole story. I think any goal is attainable and it may not look…
  • I'm 5'2 95 lbs and it looks pretty much like that. I think I'm more of an hourglass but it's pretty close. I do some crazy workouts, I have to admit. But, my question is I wonder how much she says she weighs because people can get all crazy when you say you weigh under 100 lbs. No matter who you are or what your doctor…
  • I think it isn't an exact science and you may have to play around with your calories a bit. Don't worry, you'll find the perfect balance.
  • I have a weight range I'm comfortable maintaining. My holiday goal is to get to my lowest weight within the range before Christmas and then I shouldn't get above my highest range after.
  • I love meal replacement bars. My current favorites are Quest Nutrition bars, but I have to admit I'm not much of an eater. What I mean is, I don't enjoy eating, I can go out to dinner and if I'm not hungry I won't order anything and if I'm busy at work, I won't eat at all. Nutrition bars help me maintain my weight, give me…
  • Welcome back! I left for awhile and relapsed into my anorexic type behaviors. This website really saves you no matter what your goals are. I'm trying to lose two pounds, the healthy way, before Christmas. I know two doesn't sound like a lot, but I'd still love to help you on your journey. Add me if you'd like.
  • When I trained for my last marathon my trainer had me eat one gram of protein for every pound I weighed to build muscle and not lose weight. I only weigh 95 so it wasn't that bad, but it was a challenge. I was maintaining 1400 calories a day. I ate chicken breasts, Quest nutrition bars and Met-rx shakes. It worked.
  • I used to have the same problem! And then, it just kinda stopped. Weird, right? The oddest thing is it never caused any weight gain and now that it's stopped I haven't lost any weight. Anyway, I am always looking for friends, so add me if you'd like.
  • I'm here to watch my saturated fats, so your goals may differ but I do not eat back my workout calories. I've maintained my weight for about 16 years so why mess with what works.
  • Squats and lunges with weights in my hands and a trainer to watch my form did it for me. Very pleased with the results.
  • pills scare me. I'm not a drug person, which I realize these are not exactly "drugs" you are adding something to your body. I don't know, can't stimulants cause heart problems? Does anyone use supplements like vitamins that they recommend ?
  • I did a national commercial when I was a teenager, filmed several pilots, appeared in Legally Blond, Freaks & Geeks and Numbers. And, you've all unknowingly seen me a million times as a photo double for Sarah Michellle Geller, Christina Ricci, Hilary Duff and a plethora of other 5'2" actresses.
  • Do you own an iphone? Try downloading Absolute Abs Also when I need an ab boost I drink extra water. Good luck, I think you're doing everything right. Keep it up.
  • I'm guessing you're around 28 & you have a fit and strong upper body.
  • I understand wanting a personal trainer who is in good shape. I had a horrible experience with a trainer at one of the chain gyms she tried to call me "skinny fat" & got really pissed when I kicked her butt throughout the entire fitness assessment. Needless to say I didn't join the gym. But the person working behind the…
  • Tons. I have a trainer, I go to a small private gym, I want to look cute working out so I spend money on clothing. I run, each race costs between $150-300. I'm even thinking about getting cellulite treatments. But, for me, it's worth it. I'll go without other things instead. I don't care what my car looks like, for…
  • It depends on what I'm doing. When I was training for the Chicago marathon if it was midnight and I got hungry I ate. Most of the time if I'm really hungry and can't sleep i simply take it off the next day's calories.
  • First time I ever measured my thigh: 5'2 95 lbs. Calf: 11 Thigh: 16 BF: 20%
  • I'm probably one of those crap eaters. Lol. Maybe the people who post those comments are firmiliar with the person & what they are tracking. For example, I'm not on here to lose weight. I weigh 95 and have cholostrol close to 300!!! I'm adopted and both my HDL & my LDL are high so nautrally high levels could run in my…
  • I try to add people who I think could help motivate me to do better. I usually base this on the responses I see on the message boards or if we have something in common. I try to find all the other actors on here especially as well as others recovering from ED. There are some amazing people on here.
  • THANK YOU!! And hey, sounds like your one of us now. It gets easier, trust me. Just keep at it. I went from never having run before to doing a full marathon. It took me two years, but I did it:)

  • I bet she was jealous! People can be sexy at any size it's about the person as a whole and how they rock their style. What a dumb *kitten*.
  • My husband will tell anyone who listens he likes me between 96-98 pounds. I like me between 92-94 pounds (I'm just a short, petite, person so I know that sounds small but I AM small). We try and compromise 94-96 but the truth is you have to live inside your body and true beauty comes from within, so if you feel beautiful…
  • I have a friend who swears by the "no carb" rule of dieting. I eat anything and everything but count calories. If I want a snickers bar, I eat it but I count those calories. Thats what works for me, you might have to play around with things a bit.
  • If I have a day like that I take it out of the week. For each drink knock 200 calories off a day until your even again.
