Carbs and Cramps
I've noticed the last several times I've had a carb binge, I end up with SEVERE leg cramps all night. When I'm good and stay on plan, cramps are a thing of the past. Anyone else have this issue or am I just some freakish anomaly?!! (Should be reason enough to stay good, but, well, you know...)

Lifting while low carb
I want to start lifting weights to tone, tighten and gain strength. I still have roughly 25 pounds to lose for goal and don't want to give up my low carb lifestyle and prefer to stay in ketosis. Has anyone successfully stayed LCHF/Keto while doing a lifting program? Any tips, suggestions, comments?All advice appreciated.

Daily Points
What do you set your daily point goal at? I started low and then increased 100 points when I was consistently meeting it. I'm now at 1400, meeting it every day with the exception of rest days. I'm not sure I want to increase it to 1500.

C25k: Time or Distance
Just finished w5. Noticed that it said jog 2 miles or 20 minutes. I can do the 20 (even 22), but because I'm slow, I certainly don't get 2 miles in. Should I work to get to the mileage level or continue meeting the time?

I'm in week 5, and feel I have better runs when I run on consecutive days. When should I increase from every other day to 5 running days per week?

Bruising?

YIKES! My macros are whacked!

Two things...
I just realized at 342 pounds, I am closer to 300 than 400! I started at 402 with a recorded high of 409. And secondly, I caught a quick glimpse in the mirror today and was actually able to see the beauty in my aging face and hair. And it felt fabulous!
