Can't shake my night eating syndrome
I keep waking up EVERY night like clockwork to eat anything, just in order to fall back asleep. Its called NES, Night Eating Syndrome. I did try Zoloft and it helped for like 3 weeks, but then I started up again. Has anyone had success beating this disorder? It is so hard to break this cycle.

I just started taking 50MG Zoloft once a day to help w some issues. I need to lose about 100lbs to hit a goal weight and want to see who has success losing weight while on Zoloft? Can you lose weight while on Zoloft as long as you're in a calorie deficit and working out? Thanks!

Lunch ideas with no microwave needed?
Just looking for cheap and filling options for work lunches I can bring that doesnt require a microwave to heat up. I don't eat fish or pork or mayo as a side note, and all I have been eating lately is peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whole wheat and some fruit on the side but not really filling me up.

I have my weekly goal set at 2 lbs a week. I am sedentary at work, but I work out 4X a week. Should I lower my weekly goal to 1.5 LBS a week and NOT eat back any workout calories? Or keep it at 2lbs and eat back workout calories? I need to lose about 125lbs to reach my goal. Thanks!

Suggestions for post lifting cardio options
I am trying to get suggestions for cardio for my post lifting routine. I typically lift and finish w 20 mins of the treadmill or elliptical in high intensity intervals. Getting bored of the same old routine. Any suggestions to still get my heart pumping for 20 mins?

Just getting feedback from members on whether you prefer lifting weights along with some cardio while counting calories, or do you recommend one over the other? I am trying to come up with ideas for work lunches. I typically bring a wrap with boars head chicken breast and sliced cheese. I am getting kind of tired eating this 4-5 days a week. Question on lifting vs cardio
So I am 395lbs and my goal is 250 ish. I plan on logging my calories with a 1.5 lb weekly goal. I plan on doing weights at the gym 3-4x a week. My question is if I want to lose fat, lose weight, and hit a goal weight of 250 lbs, will doing weights cause the scale to NOT move down because I will be gaining some muscle mass?
