Getting a trainer yay or nay?
I workout 3xs a week cardio and weight training. My Dad was a hardcore body builder when I was growing up so I know about proper form etc but wondering if having a trainer would be beneficial to me or just stick to doing my own thing. Opinions welcome.

When I hear "Cup of life" I get majorly pumped. Lol!!!

How important is the number on the scale to you?
I weigh in EVERY DAY without fail maybe about 3xs I am not disheartened too much when I see slight fluctuations...but as long as it isn't first thing in morning oh lawd. So to me it is of utmost importance.

If so what is your calorie allowance a day and do you watch how many fats, carbs and protein you get? Or just eat what you want within calorie allowance?

What time of day do you workout?
My schedule is weird as I work from home and find nights to be my friend so although I am.up at 715am to take my son to school and feed the horses I am back into bed till about 11am. I go to bed most nights/mornings at 2-3 am So I end up at gym by about 1pm

Do you have a higher sex drive when you are getting fit compared to before?
I have noticed for me my sex drive has increased since starting to lose weight. It wasn't bad before but now I feel better and I have more energy. Curious if anyone else has noticed this with themselves (singles can answer this as well lol)

Greek yogurt and self rising flour dough
Anyone used this before? I was reading about it the other day for bagels, calzones, pizza... Higher protein. Sounds interesting thinking about making calzones for the family tonight with this recipe.

Anyone have best tips for how to blast calories when at the gym? I use elliptical but, I see ppl jump on for short bursts and then, go to different machines... Would love to change it up!!

Weakness for a healthy food
Mine is Avocados.... I craved tacos and guacamole today so I cooked turkey tacos and made guacamole. But it seems like avocados are such a weakness for me. I think I overdo it every time I eat them. Coffee and creamer for breakfast
I have no real appetite in the morning. So recently started drinking coffee but can't stand it black and I don't want to add artificial sugar since I quit diet Coke I refuse to eat any aspartame. So, I got creamer. Coffee mate. Anyone else do this for breakfast? Am I ultimately sabotaging myself?

I was eyeballing the Macros and you know back in the day it was high protein, low fat nowadays it is the Keto diet hight fat...low carbs.
