Anyone used this before? I was reading about it the other day for bagels, calzones, pizza... Higher protein. Sounds interesting thinking about making calzones for the family tonight with this recipe.

0% 2% or 4% fat greek yogurt ? .... does it make any difference to the dough or taste ?

I followed this recipe and made pretzels last night.

They were really good and I'll make them again but they did have a slightly greek yogurty smell. It didn't bother me or my daughter but my husband had a wary look on his face while they were cooking.

that is the one I used. half the recipe made 2 good size pretzels.

Just like eating plain yogurt, the higher fat % makes these taste better too. I used 2%, can't stand 0% or 1% yogurt, blah
