So I ended my day at like 1028 calories ...I've been hungry for the past two hours...trying to avoid it..well I finally Ate something ...ten crackers..put me right around 1200 calories ...and I feel ten times better and full off just those few extra calories..crazy how just a little more food can make all the difference. :)
