I've been sabotaging myself & I MUST, MUST, MUST get my act together. I can feel the itchy buzzy skin feeling along with bloating and gas! Known as the old way is trying to move back in! I sooooo not want that. I promise myself and YOU to go forth like a GROK!!!

Breakfast Suggestions?
Do you have some breakfast suggestions? I am getting quite sick of EGGS (in any form) & Bacon. I think tomorrow will be a plant protein shake. I will use the plant protein powder, almond butter, raspberries along with some almond milk.

Week 2 Day 2
Another AWESOME day except I ate a peach cup at school that had sugar in it otherwise it was great! Getting in my water (as much as time allows), trying to eat proteins, fruits & veggies with little fats and I get in fitness at least 5 days per week. My mood feels better!
