What you eat all the time
What food are you eating on a regular basis..like your new fav food? Zuchinni and summer squash cut into thin strips and steamed, topped with spaghetti sauce and chicken chunks. I could eat it 3 meals and day!

It is so humid here!! If you attempt to do anything outside you pour sweat. I am going to work in my classroom today, which does not have air and has been shut up with the shades open since June. Protein and Carbs

Do you count veggies and fruit?
Do you count fruit and veggie calories in your daily journal? I do not so long as I exercise at least 30 minutes for the day. I have them unlimited.
