So I'm TOTALLY good strapping down my 36-DDDs most of the time. Except right now. I start in about 5 days, and today, running was like torture!! :sad: Any recommendations? Tighter bras? More bras? How much extra water do y'all drink on workout days? I just had an 1100 calorie workout outside in Alabama (a great ride on a great horse!) ... I drank a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle during the workout, but I bet I could put two more away right now. And I just want to make sure I'm having enough.

I've plateaued at 15 ... he's almost at 30 ...

So last week was law week at school. Free food (when you're a law student, you don't look a gift horse in the mouth), tons of events, classes that are lazy, it's great and awful all at once. It was TOM ... but I put on 2 pounds anyway :( But I'm back on track today!! And got in all my water :)

Weight Training Calories
Why doesn't the tracker count in calories burnt while weight training? I know it's not a TON, but it's some, and I feel like I'm burning all day (maybe it's just the pain :wink:). Cardio is great - and I do a ton of it (more each week!), but I feel like MFP doesn't think weight training is good enough :sad:
