intermittent vs continuous exercise
So is one minute of cardio performed twenty times a day appreciably different in energy expenditure (calories burned) than twenty minutes of cardio performed once a day? I don't have any fancy machines or devices to check it out. Thanks.

measuring salt
This may seem like a stupid question. I understand I can measure the salt I use in baking for instance but how do I measure the salt that I use that comes out of the salt shaker? Do I use a measuring spoon and measure out 1/4 teaspoon, and then just sprinkle it on my food w my fingers? Is there a better way?

5 week projection
Why does mfp use a five week projection of future weight for motivational purposes? It seems to me that a monthly or four week projection would make more sense. Does anybody have any thoughts? I know I think about how much weight I might lose in the present month, not in five weeks.

I am on a quasi - Keto diet and was pleasantly surprised to find out that tofu has so few carbs. How can that be?
