Rinsing Beans?
We used canned beans and I rinse them well- will that help reduce the sodium? Anyone have any figures or data I can use to create a 'rinsed bean' entry in the food database? I know about dried beans but they're not an option at this time. They will be in a few months- this is for now though. :)

Avocado Boats
SUPER simple dinner- Take a ripe avocado and cut it in half. Remove pit and leave the little 'pit hole'. Put in fresh salsa, romaine lettuce (and an onion slice if you're in want of one) into the pit recess. Mow down with spoon! No sour cream or cheese needed-trust me it's delish as it is!
