I love the bodyrock / zwow videos & am going to start using them for my Wednesday cardio. I already lift 4 days a wk & since i'm cutting I need to bump up my cardio. In addition to these, I'll be doing [carddeck] plyometrics and some hiit treadmill / eliptical action. Can't wait!

Just a curious thought. This goes out to all you cut, strength training woman (and men, i guess). How many calories burned / how long is your intense workouts a day or wk vs the fat you consume? during my cut I consumed less than 25% fat on average & probably burned 200 (guessing light) calories a day...
