half marathon - check!!!
I just finished my half marathon in 2 hours 5 min (13 sec)! I could have done better, but my knee started to hurt around mile 5 so I had to walk more than I wanted to. The up side is - 1200 + exercise calories to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it says that you can bake with it like normal sugar, but, I have a couple of recipes that need sugar and water boiled to make a syrup base. Does it work? I went the farthest over today I have since starting in Jan (602 calories). I just added up my calories for the week and I still have 439 "banked" calories.
