Quest bar addiction??
Ok, Does anyone else have this issue.....I would rather eat a Quest bar than make an actual meal. They are yummy, I know the nutritional stats, its quick and portable. I eat them for breakfast and sometimes as a dessert (WOW those cookies and cream ones are GOODDD!!!). So, I'm wondering if this is just me ??:drinker:

Sleep Troubles??
Does anyone else have trouble sleeping in general and then realized how bad it was once they got the BodyMedia? I always knew I was a light sleeper but this is insane. I wake up from 10-16 times a night anywhere from several minutes to over an hr. Anyone else have this issue?

lazy days
So, what do you do on your lazy days? Days you just want to lay in bed and not want to do anything, much less exercise or take the "normal" 5000 steps. I just want to relax, I'd sleep if I could! So, tell me, do you suck it up and do something? Have a lazy day? Something in between?

Less sleep since eating better?
Is anyone else found they need less sleep or arent overall tired since eating better? I noticed it last night when I tried to sleep during the normal time and I literally could not fall asleep unti labout 2 hrs later. I woke up nice and refreshed at normal time too. :love: LUVIN IT!

Hate lunges but love squats.
The title says it all. I hate lunges. I would rather do pretty much any other leg exercise til failure than lunges. I need some ideas for body weight or kettlebell exercises that will help me substitue them for something I can tolerate. I literally GROAN when hubby says its time for lunges. LOL Open to ideas ;)
