I'd stretch and do upper body, maybe walking on the treadmill. Nothing crazy with lower body. Also, if it makes you want to crawl through your day, you can also take a pain reliever ;)

This was really informative, thank you! I have PCOS as well (small cysts) and while I dont have many "bready" carbs, I can definatly be better with my sodium intake.

Raw or steamed veggies, flax or chia, fiber supplements Fats, I use cheese or peanutbutter or yogurt

I was on the treadmill so long today I watched people beside me come and go! hehe I also did my fastest mile (13:55) and while still slow, it felt great to push it under 14 minutes!

'd talk to the trainer and explain about your fear of being touched. I'm sure they will adjust the exercise accordingly, like using a weighted pullup assist machine or have you do lat pulldowns or something else. Please, dont let this set you back on your journey, you GOT THIS!!!

I agree, find something you like! Maybe a non traditional form of exercise like rock climbing, vollyball, swimming, hiking, tennis etc will help you stay motivated. I used ot hate it until I found C25K and the progression made it easy. Now, I love to run~! I need to start lifting and THAT is my mental block ;)

I'm sorry, my post was all over the place. I've decided to stop C25K and just run but I'm wondering if I should focus on distance or speed first? Do i just run until I cant run anymore?

I'm about to have a Quest bar and hoping it, along with a cup of tea satisfies my sweet tooth. I've been craving chocolate for over an hrs now.

I use wheat pasta and laughing Cow cheese wedges and a dash of seal salt. I also add spinach into it so its extra yummy :) I take the LC cheese wedges out and warm them in my hands while the pasta is cooking since straight from the fridge leaves them too cold to melt properly. Also, Quest makes a "unique" low carb spinach…

I log it as light effort unless Im huffing and puffing. Moderate effort if I have trouble and really pushing myself. I nearly never log anything as vigerous effort.

Can you ask your parents if they will be out at a certain time of the day and you can workout then without worry of creating too much noise? You can also workout outside or maybe your cellar (if you have one) since its the lower room of the house?

Yup. I only use MFP for logging my food. I base If/when I have a calorie deficit on my BodyMedia account. Its WAY more accurate that way and I love it.
