    I ate 4 LARGE 'sugar free' caramels last night (4 oz total I think).:embarassed:
    They made my belly hurt & I'm sure made my blood sugar go crazy 'cause there was a reason I stopped eating them in the first place :angry: Odd thing is...now that they're gone...I feel better about not having them in the house.
    Stupid sugar alcohol :grumble:

    I cannot stop eating today!! Its like Im STARVING!!! Stupid TOM and thankfully this lasts only a day or two otherwise Id have to roll out the door :(

    I ate a piece of cake yesterday that I forgot to log and I cant decide if I should go back and log it now.

    I ate fried food twice today with the excuse "But it fits in my calories!"

    I havent posted in my accountability group in over a week.

    I dont log weight gains, just losses.
