I have just read a little about shakeology. I would like to hear from people who does it or have tried it. What are the pros and cons? Is this just another fad? I'm curious. I may be interested in trying.

Is it just me or do you experience the same...
Everyday I work hard to not go over my daily calorie goal. I go way over in my exercise calories burnt per week. Whenever I finish logging for the day it says that I will be a certain weight if I continue this for 5 weeks. I do and I AM NOT THAT WEIGHT!! WHAT IS THE DEAL? Am I doing something wrong? :grumble:

I know that we all have a goal of total calories to burn for the week, but do you shoot to burn more than your goal? If so, what do you shoot to burn each week? I think I should up my amount. Who out there feels like this?
You have your set calorie goals and how often you should excercise to burn a certain amt of calories per week, etc. And you do right 85% of the week, but your body feels like you haven't lost any weight or shed any fat, no matter how hard you work at it. And who else out there feels like you are over eating after you burn…
