Need Help please!!!!
I've done MFP a long while ago and it really seemed to work.....my problem is, I get very bored eating the same thing day in and day out......well, this is the heaviest I've ever been and I really feel gross. I need ideas what to eat, etc. I really am determined to stick with it time. Any help would be very much appreciate

I just did Zumba 20 Minute Flat abs and I have NO clue how to log it so I did it under High impact aerobics - someone please tell me if that is right - it logged it as burned 134 calories - is that right

so today is day 1 of JM 30 day shred...My god is she brutal! my legs are still shaking! I made it through the whole thing so I am definatly very proud of myself.
