hello! I have a bunch of recipes I created an entered on the recipe page. When I want to go back and view them or edit them just the name is there but won't let me bring up the recipe itself. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help!

200 calorie dinner ideas
I put in my calories for the day and am left with 201 calories for dinner. Don't think I will have a chance to work out today so looking for ideas for dinner that wont sent me TOO far over. I'm obviously having higher calorie breakfast and lunch meals so shouldn't need too much for dinner. HELP!!!!

question for runners
this may not be a running problem but .....I just started jogging on the treadmill. I can't do much yet so i alternate with walking. I have gotten blisters on the bottom of my toes-just on my left foot. Anybody else experience this? I'm not sure if it could be my shoes or socks? i'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks!!

I use a treadmill most days cuz it is the most conveniant (sp?). Do you think it is best to do faster or more incline. no self control!!!!
