Why is it that...
...when I eat later in the evening, I wake up the next morning really hungry? I find that if I don't eat anything past say 7pm, the next morning I'm mildly hungry but still content to wait until it is convenient to eat, which is usually between 8 and 9. Side-effect of losing weight?
My elbows hurt! :laugh: I've always had the habit of resting my chin in my hands when I spent a considerable ammount of time at a desk/table...well the past could weeks or so I have noticed my elbows getting very sore from this when they never did before.
