I decided to change it from a 1 pound weight loss goal on lightly active to .5 pound goal on sedentary. (it gave me almost 300 calories more). My husband constantly uses the "I'll help you eat that" in "support" of me losing weight! :grumble: He doesn't get it that I've counted calories and measured it out so I WILL NOT give him that bite when he can go get some because they are my calories! :laugh: I was just wondering who else gets this wonder "support"? :laugh:

What are you doing to lose weight today?
I'm not eating all the superbowl food!!!! Since we're staying home we're not making the snacks and dips! I also ate/drink way to much yesterday (ok...it ended at about 3am) so I'm cutting 200 calories from today to help make up for that (I'm also not feeling well so it's easy) What are you doing?
