    OMG So last night I went to Blues and Swing Jam after church. It was an extra long church service (Palm Sunday) and I completely forgot to take my heart meds. I was Swing Dancing a lot!!! Then out of nowhere I almost passed out because my heart was racing and I was dizzy and ended up vomiting! My daughter works there and nearly called 911!
