Is 2% Milk really that bad?

I've always had 2% milk but for weight loss everywhere I read it's all about almond milk but I don't really like it.

    I went from 2% to whole milk. It tastes better without adding that many calories. It has more protein than almond milk.

    Yes, cow's milk is really that bad...unless you're a calf. It's bad for human health. It's bad for the cows that gave the milk. It's bad for the environment. It's that bad.

    I prefer whole milk, but 2% is what I'm currently using. There are no issues as long as it fits into your goals. Almond milk is actually bad for a health condition I have, real milk is much better for me and my goals.

    Whole milk is 4% generally. Skim milk is 0.5 to 1%. Neither are bad. Have all the full fat things, they're good for you.

    2% is what I use all the time. Never heard it was a bad thing.

    Use what you like and just fit the calories in your goal.
    I choose not to drink milk but I use it in cooking.

    Bad only insofar that animal fats are dubious necessity. Otherwise. . . eh drink want you want. I prefer skim.
