    Hiya everyone, I'm a late starter but am inspired by the amount of people pushing through each day to reach their goals and wanted to jump on board as very few people close to me are actively trying to lose or maintain their weight.
    I managed to maintain a 5st weight loss for 9 years until I required a course of medications that saw me gain 3st. I am down 1st 2lbs but still have 1st 12lbs to lose before I'm back to my old size. But it'll be nice to do it with you guys and having to post weekly results will give me that extra lil push

    Hiya everyone, I'm a late starter but am inspired by the amount of people pushing through each day to reach their goals and wanted to jump on board as very few people close to me are actively trying to lose or maintain their weight.
    I managed to maintain a 5st weight loss for 9 years until I required a course of medications that saw me gain 3st. I am down 1st 2lbs but still have 1st 12lbs to lose before I'm back to my old size. But it'll be nice to do it with you guys and having to post weekly results will give me that extra lil push
