Successes- I cannot be more elated! As you can see, I did not weigh in the week of July 3. This is because I was on vacation in Orlando from July 1 to July 8. While there was a scale in the fitness center, since this is not the scale I've been using throughout, I did not want to skew my results. While I was able to maintain almost my entire workout regimen with some improvisation (did not have access to heavy dumbbells, so I used lighter ones and did more reps, etc.), I ate literally what I wanted with little to no planning ahead of time. This was including but not limited to pizza, pasta, candy, and a delicious ice cream sundae. Though I ate what I wanted, i did track everything. I was prepared to return from vacation 5-10 pounds heavier than when I left due to water retention from elevation change, increased carb intake, and sodium increase from eating out so much. I was so excited when I weighed in the day I returned to find that I had gained less than two pounds! So I essentially gained no weight, as I remained in my maintainence range and still account for some water weight! Couldn't be happier
Struggles-I returned from my vacation on Saturday the 8th and began a new job today the 10th. This will alter my routine as my job routines are different than my previous job, my commute is about 6x as long, and my schedule is different (8:30-4:30 vs 9-5). I will have to slightly alter my regimen in terms of times I can have snacks and my gym schedule as I am now getting home later after work (when I work out) than I had been previously. So today, I actually ended up having to alter my planned day as my orientation schedule did not allow for all of my snacking. So developing a new system will be a pain, but key to my success5 -

Success/struggles of the week:
I did 3 pilates workouts this week. Yay! I went for a swim and did some water aerobics. That was so fun. Generally it was a very active week for me. I also took my mum on a couple of walks and now she wants to walk more too. My sister-in-law treated me to a relaxing spa day. It was sooooo relaxing and refreshing.
I've lost 1kg since last week. Even though it's higher than what I'd like it to be, I'm still not worried about it, yet. My muscles are aching and I think it's down to the pilates that I've been doing.

Success/struggles of the week: Being new to maintenance, I am trying to find my new normal as far as calories are concerned, a common theme amongst new maintainers. Lowered my range to be under 140, was at that point a couple of days last week for no apparent reason and then down a bit but not at my lowest which was Thursday. Trying not to be too bothered by a 1-2 lbs. fluctuation.

Success/struggles of the week: I keep struggling with the fact that everytime I get close to 55kg from gaining (which is fine weight) I have to lose it again. The lower I go, the less restless I feel in my mind. Hoping to find someone who can relate. A success is that it doesn`t bother me all of the time. Sometimes I just have to kick my own butt.3 -

Start of Apr-127.2
Start of May: 122.6
28 May-115.0-GOAL
Start of July-113.4
July 3-was away being very bad
July 8-114.4
Struggles: Was away with the in laws. While I did get in two runs, was otherwise terribly unhealthy. Sigh. It's what I do to cope with my dh family. Couple that with two long flight, I came back to a full 9 lbs of bloat. Totally sucked but I did manage to clamber back on the wagon
Successes: I got back on the wagon. I was able to bring weight back into check. I also introduced a new workout plan that I am excited about.
Upcoming week plan: staying on a 1200 cal plan until I am back around 113. Then I can bring it back up to maintenance. Do my 5 miles a day, 5 days a week, for 5 weeks get back into running plan. Incorporate my a** and abs challenge daily. Glad to be refocusing.2 -
Success/struggles of the week:
Only positive, is that I did 1 hours worth of outdoor cycling. I hadn't done so in years (excluding spin classes). Everything else is BAD. I now definitely need to get my act together. I'm 5kgs above my average from this time last year.
I am really struggling, too! *hugs*

28th July:
Successes/struggles of the week: Not sure what's gone on this week!? I'm not deliberating cutting back on my calories (although I have been trying the whole 'not logging' thing again this past week or so - so I don't actually know how many calories I've been eating) and I've not done any more exercise than usual, but I've been weighing in at under 139lbs all week - which is unusually consistently low for me.
I've been making sure to keep my protein up, especially at lunchtime, and have been feeling so full as a result that I've not been having one of my regular snacks in the afternoon - so maybe it's that?! Or perhaps nerves and stress ('cos there's been a heck of a lot of that again this week ) make you burn more calories in general (is that even a thing?)!?!
Anyway - I'm not complaining - I like my food far too much to ever have to worry about going below my maintenance range (not sure I even really need a lower limit to be honest!) and a little drop will only serve to give me a bit more wiggle room when I go on holiday in a couple of weeks time.
Hope you all are having a good week.5 -

31 July (4 August):
Successes/challenges of this week:
Successes:
- Finally got some of my eating under control, but it was more because I've been so busy not because I've been eating better.
- Don't understand the newest/drastic fluctuation, but I'm back to my beginning of June weight today (which I've not seen since then).
Challenges:
- Weight has been all over the place this week (I weigh daily, but weigh for record on Fridays). I actually went over my maintenance range on Sunday, but then two days later I dropped 3 pounds and have been dropping since. Must have been some sort of weird (full moon crazy?) water weight drop, but it was pretty significant to go from 126 on Sunday to just under 121 today.
- Haven't worked out at all this week, due to being busy with a major work project.
- Haven't been eating very well either as I'm missing meals due to the project too.
- Just a hot mess this week, and I have a ton to do before I head out of town for a race next weekend.
FWIW, I've really been struggling also. Especially when I can't remotely explain the crazy weight fluctuation (other than it was the full moon) that ballooned me up over my top range, and then with zero effort, two days later dropped it so I'm back into comfortable maintenance range after a couple of weeks of generally higher numbers. Maybe it was all my previous weeks bad habits catching up with me all at once...but I really can't explain the sudden drop. Here's my crazy trend chart from this month...pretty consistent (slight upward trend) then it goes whackadoodle this past week....
Meh, scales.3 -

How I lost it: My story
How long in maintenance : I declared it at 140 in January 2016, but that was too high for a petite lady. Redeclared it 4/14/17.
Maintenance weight range: Would like to stay under 125 at morning weigh-in.
Ongoing struggle: I still need to learn to trust my body cues, be content with eating just enough, and stop asking food to be more than just fuel. Life after work is just filled with getting steps and eating food to fill my evening. Really need to make peace with having fewer cals to work with. Contentment and an attitude of gratitude (and maybe a hobby, like sign language) are the order of the day.
January avg weight: 126.8lbs
February avg weight: 126.1lbs
March avg weight: 124.6lbs
April avg weight: 122.9lbs
May avg weight: 123.4lbs
June avg weight: 122.6lbs
Week of...
30th June: 122.6lbs
7th July: 122.3lbs
14th July: 122.8lbs
Successes of the week:
I have made some good choices this week, but my negative thinking keeps obsessing with the bad ones.
Challenges of the week:
Over-indulgence and dishonest eating are showing up on the scale this week. I know it’s partly bipolar cycle, partly stress, and definitely old issues with comfort/entertainment eating. I wish for the millionth time I could just rewire my brain. It is almost my 3rd logiversary, but these ongoing struggles have me feeling like a fraud. A fat woman hiding out in a suit of loose skin that will fill back up at any moment. I know this negative thinking doesn’t help matters, so I am going to go count my blessings and work on my attitude of gratitude!!2 -

Maintenance range happy dance! I've just been nipping at the upper edge of my maintenance range for a few months, so I am happy to be solidly in the middle. I don't worry about the exact number too much, except that my trending average has been 1-2 lbs higher than it was earlier in the year and I need to be sure it's not "real" weight creeping back in.
Yesterday I remembered to ask my hubby to take some progress pics. These were the first ones I 've taken since November when my trainer closed his studio . I've been recomping since then, weights & swimming. Here are the results. Not as dramatic as some people, but happy with the progress nonethesless. What do you think, can you see much difference? I'm the same weight in both pictures.

@CoachJen71 You most certainly are not a fraud!! You are solidly under your maintenance max and have been consistently for months! Less than +0.5lb from last week is absolutely nothing! Take it from me - you've got maintenance sussed, and you really don't need to be worrying about a tiny bit of over-indulgence now and again. Negative thoughts are often our own worst enemies. Hugs x
@lorrpb I can see the difference too - look at your waist and middle! Nice one!4 -

Success/struggles of the week:
- Over 20,000 steps clocked up on Wednesday
- Eating seems to be getting better. Sometimes due to busyness (less snacking) and sometimes because of making better choices.
- I felt a lot lot lot more positive this week.
- Struggles this week was all about life's other troubles. At one point I lost my temper very badly and found that I didn't want to eat/drink until I really cooled down. Anyway that's life. Moving swiftly onto next week.
@lorrpb you look fabulous!!!!3
