I'm on my fourth attacked by dog case. Three dogs and one cat. The cat should live but isn't stable enough for surgery tonight so we get to stabilize him and turf him in the morning.

Last week I had 3 antibody patients in one night; last night I had one antibody patient, and two transfusion reactions to document. Pretty typical of this place - busy, busy, busy. Tonight I'm enjoying the downtime.
