So, any suggestions on how to get started?
What exercise plans did you guys follow to start with?

Wow wow wow, I'm so happy you guys are having the success you wanted for your weight loss.

My photos aren't anywhere near as impressive but they're still progress! They prove that even a little weight loss and exercise can make a tremendous difference so don't discount your efforts! The photos were taken 1 month apart. It needs to be noted that I didn't start to use MFP to track any calories or even add exercise into the mix until half way through July! The difference that you see if the difference that 5 pounds and 2.5 weeks of diet and exercise can make!
