before: I have almost no photo's of me as I was in active denial! This is April 2010 somewhere around 220lb
I could/did try to blame it on baby weight, but 18 months`later I was pretty much the same weight:(
now: 175lb - half way to goal weight

7/26/12 (about 3-4 weeks in- I never took a true before!):

It's a 5 pound difference and I lost 3 inches off my waist. I lift heavy and I eat 1900 a day on non-workout days!0 -

I'm 5'8.5", large-boned hourglass with a 6.55" wrist. I have always been buxon and curvy.
Here is a pic of me at my highest weight- around 250lbs and was wearing a size 18W or 20. The photo was taken not long after I was diagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism (about 5 years ago). I gained about 50 extra pounds in a relatively short time, despite a healthy lifestyle. I don't think I kept any 'full body' shots, around that time! I was so unhappy.
...and here I am today in a US size 14/16. I would still like to lose another dress size or two. (My goal is a size 12/14.) I realize that, even when I reach my goal size that is healthy for my build and height that, I'll still be considered "plus sized"... I don't really care as long as I'm healthy and happy with the way I look. :-)
I disregard the scale and only weigh myself once every few months to make sure I'm eating enough for my weight, and to keep my HRM measurements accurate. I run, HIIT, and Zumba 4-5 times a week, eat back my exercise calories, and am getting stronger and healthier by the day! YAY!0 -
