This week's challenges: The cost of berries which I eat for fibre and nutrition is out of my price range at the moment. I try to avoid other fruits that are high in sugar.

This week's successes: I tracked everything I ate no matter how 'bad' or how granular I had to get.
This week's challenges: Despite knowing better I allowed excuses (cold weather, early appts and starting ToM so energy was lacking) to derail my mornings of going to the gym and I didn't pick up the slack with a quick evening workout video. Was also hit or miss on water intake, though that goes hand in hand with not exercising as days I do I find hitting my water goals easier.6 -
I would love to join the challenge! I just weighed after a week today. Also feel free to add me, looking for some accountability partners. I lost the weight- 40 pounds and then gained it back. This will not happen again! No more excuses!
