    @Jimb376mfp, 52 lbs were lost last year, I hope that it does not take me 52 weeks to lose the last 15-20 lbs before my final goal.
    I'm on board!
    Starting weight 194.4lbs
    Goal weight 175lbs
    Goal date June 30th.

    My plan:-
    Continue daily logging. Day streak is now 1963
    Go to the gym 3-5 days a week
    Cut down on snacking
    Eat 3-5 fruits/vege daily.
    Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily. No sodas, juices or alcohol.


    Good luck to everyone in 2018. Let this be your year!

    With 12 inches of snow yesterday, we could not get the sno thro to start so back to the good ole snow shovels. We cleared ours in 3 segments over 2.5 hours. My muscles are achy today. Will not be going to the gym this week because my car is blocked in with the snow. A little rain will be welcome. In the meantime, I am going to use my treadmill and do some exercises on YouTube while listening to Pandora.

    FYI The 2017 Challenge ended 12/31/17!
    I reposted same Challenge with 2018 Date and it’s getting good participation.

    My regular WW WI Day was Thursday but VA got hit by Blizzard and cold. I plan to WI and post on Saturday.

    My exercise routine has been turned upside down. Pool closure for repairs and weather has me on a funk.
