    Hi I'm new to my fitness pal, I need to really get the weight off as I have a major back problem where I'm in chronic pain so I thought I'd start a fairly eaśy challenge for myself and others just starting or just want to get back into their regime if you wandered a bit of hey just for fun. So I'm starting this on Monday to give people time to get on board. So I will post my weight that day and goal weight for the challenge. Good luck to all who join
