It varies.
My maintenance is between 3200-3500cals but am presently doing BodyOpus diet so low calories and keto for 5 days then a high carb refeed (normally 2-2.5 x maintenance).0 -
To gain? like 2100. Pathetic. I hate my life.17

200 calorie surplus, so 2500. FML too.0

Still better than mine. I'm over here cutting on 1200-1400 and I want to punch someone.11 -
1800 to lose0
-
Goal is 1250, but sometimes eat back exercise calories.2
-
3K to maintain.5
-
Too many haha3

Seems to be around 2,600 to defluff (cut), around 3,100 to maintain so similar to @psuLemon and between 3,500 - 4,000 to bulk.2
-
1600 on a cut
ETA: Bulk on about 2500 because I don't do as much cardio as when I cut recklessly1 -
1200. I'm 48 years old, hypothyroid, and short. BLAH I say. BLAH.12
-
I consume 1700, still losing, 43 and short (5'3")! I will eat some of my exercise calories back but usually only after a big burn ( long run, long bike ride). I would want to punch someone if I ate less!!!3

Well if you want to know the truth sometimes I think I could eat the furniture. But I did have my metabolism measured in a medical setting and I really do only need this little. Maintenance is 1400, BMR is 1350. BBBLLLLAAAAHHHHHHH5

My maintenance seems to be around 2600, though I haven't really had a dedicated period in maintenance to know for sure.
(I'm also hypothyroid and short.. still have about 40 lbs I'd like to lose though.)2 -
Maintain around 3,900-4,100, cut usually starts at 3,200 and ends around 2,800. Building about 4,700-5,000
ETA: that's maintenance with training, maintenance without training is more like 3,300-3,5001 -
4-5K... I've been averaging mid 4K but lately that seems to be maintenance as the scale hasn't really moved in weeks.2

Wow that is a lot to maintain on with or without training @RAD_Fitness . Your food bill must be huge.3 -
between 2300-2600 - I carb/fat cycle on a 7 day rotation - high day is 2650 and low is about 23500
-
2,800 - 3,000 to maintain unless I'm actively training0
